We do not collect any personal data on our own servers

We do not track your location, browsing history, or usage patterns

1.2 Data Stored on Your Device

All your app data is stored locally on your device and, if enabled, synced via Apple iCloud:

Task lists and schedules
Habit records and statistics
Points and card collections
Bank balance and transaction history
App preferences and settings

2. Data Usage

The data generated within the app is used solely for providing the core features:

Managing your daily tasks and routines
Tracking your habit progress and streaks
Operating the gamified reward system
Synchronizing data across your Apple devices via iCloud

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1 Local Storage

Data stored on your device is protected by iOS's built-in security features, including device encryption.

3.2 iCloud Sync

If you enable iCloud sync:

Your data is stored securely in Apple's cloud infrastructure
Data is protected by Apple's security protocols and your Apple ID credentials
Data may be stored in Apple's data centers worldwide

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

TimeCube is designed to be suitable for children. We take children's privacy seriously:

We do not collect, store, or share any personal information from children
We do not display targeted advertising
All data remains within the user's private iCloud environment or on their device
The app includes parental controls (PIN protection) for sensitive settings

Your data is retained as long as you use the app. When you delete the app, local data is removed. iCloud data can be managed through your Apple ID settings.

When using iCloud sync, your data may be transferred to and stored in Apple's data centers located outside your country of residence. Apple provides appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

We do not sell your personal information
We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
You have the right to know what data we collect (none on our servers)
You have the right to delete your data (through the app or iCloud)

7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

TimeCube offers optional subscription services (TimeCube Pro):

Payment is processed by Apple through the App Store
We do not receive or store your payment information
Subscription management is handled through your Apple ID settings

8. Third-Party Services

TimeCube uses the following Apple services:

CloudKit: For data synchronization (Apple's privacy policy applies)
StoreKit: For in-app purchases (Apple's privacy policy applies)
WidgetKit: For home screen widgets (no external data transfer)

We do not integrate any third-party advertising, analytics, or social media SDKs.
