Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the TimeCube mobile application ("the App").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TimeCube, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

TimeCube is a gamified task management and habit tracking application designed for families. The App provides:

Task scheduling and management
Habit tracking with streak counting
Focus timer (Pomodoro technique)
Collectible card reward system
Virtual banking system with daily interest
Parental controls with PIN protection

3. Subscription Services (TimeCube Pro)

3.1 Subscription Options

TimeCube offers optional paid subscriptions:

Monthly Pro: Billed monthly
Yearly Pro: Billed annually
Lifetime Pro: One-time purchase

3.2 Payment and Renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

3.3 Cancellation

You may manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

4. Virtual Currency and Rewards

The App includes a virtual point (coin) system earned through completing tasks. These points:

Have no real-world monetary value
Cannot be exchanged for real currency
Are only valid within the App

The "reward redemption" feature is a tool for parents/guardians to manage offline rewards for children. The App developer is not responsible for the fulfillment of any real-world rewards.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
